Although construction hasn’t started, a number of homebuyers already are inquiring about the properties. “There is a great deal of excitement involved with a new development,” Wicky said. “Many homebuyers like the idea of being the first to live in a new condo. Seabridge is a gated community located on the northwest shore of New Providence Island. Its first phase of construction recently was completed and includes townhomes. Phase Three, also slated to begin in 2009, will bring additional townhomes and multi-story buildings with condominiums and penthouses.
