You have to walk away from your personal history. The bottom line is that successful entrepreneurs are Alpha. Beta entrepreneurs don’t exist. Alphas are the people whom others want to be. And you ultimately become one by first being an Alpha in ALL parts of your life, not just your business. Here is what Alphas are deep down to their very core: * They’re leaders that are attractive b/c they radiate confidence, are not concerned w/ outside criticism. * They know exactly what they want focus energy on achieving their goals. * Have a frame so strong, others are sucked into their reality. * Tend to have a lot of rules that you must follow when you are around them. * They treat themselves w/ integrity, and will NOT tolerate disrespect; in fact they punish it, by ignoring the person, or removing them from their life. * Offer tremendous amounts of value to others. * Truly love themselves. * Love and protect those who matter to them. * Always radiate positive energy and optimism. * Repsect themselves, their bodies, dressing with style, and living healthy lifestyles. * They do what most are unwilling to do. * Once these characteristics are taken on, Alphas begin sponsoring people effortlessly. * As an Alpha, you have more opportunities to impact other people’s lives. You no longer need to answer income questions, or convince anyone of anything. Your business is surrounded in constant abundance, and you’ll often times need to limit the number people you sponsor. So the last question is, how do you become Alpha? How do you radiate with confidence and deep inner belief that you are already rich and live in constant abundance? Mike Dillard says the best thing to do is find people around you that are already Alpha, and start mirroring them. You’ll notice several things about these people to know who they are. They have an abundance mentality (core concept NEEDED for success). They don’t “need”, or fear loss or failure. They don’t concern themselves with criticism, and don’t let Betas affect them negatively in anyway. You have to deal with Alphas on their terms. They’re not rude in anyway, but they’re assertive. This allows them to say “no” at any point, because they know they can’t please everyone, and they live in a frame of abundance. Alphas give instructions like a head coach, and have a goal to uplift and improve the lives of others around them because they have the desire to do so. They protect and serve those who follow them. There’s no such thing as a real risk for them since they have an abundance mind-state. Alphas are relaxed, have a strong presence, and always hold eye contact. They use their voice to control the conversation, and speak with a relaxed authority, without being afraid to interrupt the other person. Alphas never let prospects control a conversation, and let them demonstrate value before they start caring about them. Some of these qualities may sound brash, but this is what separates Alphas from 99% of the population. The first step is to determine where you are right now before you can get there. Here’s a good, fun way to see which category you lie in… Next time you’re out somewhere, make eye contact with someone of the opposite sex, and notice who looked away first. Were you worried or nervous? Did you wonder what they were thinking at that point, and if they were judging you? Did you look away first? If not, then you have an Alpha mindset.
