One should manage the enquiries very smartly. The following few tips might be a good help:       •Ask for the phone number of buyers who contacts to set up a viewing. Call them up to get the assurance that they are genuine. Also get their short notice phone number so that change in appointment or cancellation can be easily managed.  •Maintain a list of their name and address for a record.  •Do not travel to meet a prospective buyer on his request, especially if he has not viewed the property previously in person.   •Treat with caution if someone makes an offer without viewing the property.       Before anyone comes for viewing the property try to pre-arrange some of the phrases or code words with friends or neighbours. This is just a precautionary method so that if one feels really worried for whatever reason, companion or friends can call the police by getting the gesture in code word. Avoid providing any confidential information such as security system or safe works until the contracts are exchanged.      Don’t leave the guest unattended. Moreover don’t make him feel pressured even of continuous presence. After the viewing, call the potential buyer after two or three days for their feedback. This will help in getting a sense of interest level of potential buyers.
